Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies is governed by the Irinjalakuda Diocese Educational Trust (IDET). Mar Pauly Kannookadan, the Bishop of Irinjalakuda is the Chairman and Patron of SIMS. Msgr. Fr. Wilson Erathara is the Manager and Rev. Fr. Dr. Jino Johny Malakkaran is the Executive Director of the institute. Rev. Fr. Linto Thaliyanayath is the Finance Officer and Dr. Dhanya Alex is the Director of the institute. The Board of Governors and the Academic Council monitor the functioning of the institute and advise the management on academic and developmental aspects from time to time. SIMS is grateful for being guided by great visionaries and leaders.
