A simulation stock trading finance lab has been launched at SIMS campus from Nov 3 rd, 2023 onwards. The lab was set up in collaboration with the National Stock Exchange Academy as part of the CSR activities of South Indian Bank. The lab was inaugurated jointly by Mon. Fr. Wilson Ithara, Manager of Irinjalakuda Diocese Education Trust, Mr. Ranganathan, Associate Vice President of the National Stock Exchange Academy, Senior Manager, Mr. Vinod James, Chief General Manager, HR & Operations, South Indian Bank, and Assistant General Manager Mrs Rani Zakarias of South Indian Bank Irinjalakuda Regional Office. Students can understand the potential of stock trading and learn it by creating virtual money with the help of simulation software and practicing trading for free.
