Mrs. Deepthy K Kumar is a dedicated and experienced faculty member with a diverse academic background. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) from MG University, Kottayam and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kerala University. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Annamalai University, Chidambaram for further enhancing her research skills and knowledge in her chosen field. With her prior experience as a Quality Controller at MARDEC RK Latex, Nilambur, Deepthy gained valuable insights into quality management practices and developed a keen eye for detail. This experience allowed her to contribute effectively to process improvement and develop strong analytical skills. After completing her MBA, Deepthy transitioned to the teaching profession as a Lecturer at Regional Institute of Engineering, Trivandrum. During this time, she provided guidance and valuable theoretical knowledge to engineering students, fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter and cultivating their problem-solving abilities. Deepthy's passion for teaching and commitment to academia led her to assume the role of an Assistant Professor at St. Antony's College, Peruvanthanam, Idukki, where she has been serving for the past 10 years. Her extensive experience in higher education has allowed her to develop effective teaching methodologies and techniques, ensuring student engagement and active participation in the learning process. She has also contributed to various academic committees and held leadership roles within the institution. With her ongoing pursuit of a PhD, Deepthy aspires to contribute to the field of academia through her research and strive for excellence in her chosen subject area. With her diverse professional background, dedication to teaching, and commitment to ongoing learning, she continues to inspire and guide her students to achieve their full potential.
