Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Kodakara, proudly celebrated academic excellence and holistic achievement at the Bank of Baroda Achievers Award Ceremony 2026, held at the SIMS Auditorium.

The ceremony was graced by Rev. Msgr. Wilson Erathara, Manager, IDET and Vicar General, Diocese of Irinjalakuda, who delivered the Presidential Address. The Keynote Address was delivered by Mr. P. Vimaljith, Regional Head – Thrissur Region, Bank of Baroda. The Guest of Honour, Dr. E. T. Yadu Narayanan Mooss, Executive Director, Vaidyaratnam Group, also addressed the gathering and congratulated the awardees.

The event was further honoured by the esteemed presence of the College Executive Director Fr. Jino Johny Malakaran, Director Dr. Dhanya Alex, faculty member Dr. Chinju Chandran S , and the teaching faculty of SIMS. Their words of encouragement motivated students to continue striving for excellence. The prestigious awards were presented to three outstanding students in recognition of their exceptional performance:

• Ms. Adithya K – Best in Academics

• Ms. Kaiprath Neha Vinod – Best in Sports

• Ms. Maneesha Rajeev – Best All-Rounder

Each awardee received a cash prize of ₹31,000, generously sponsored by Bank of Baroda, with a total prize distribution of ₹93,000. The proud presence of the awardees’ parents added significance to the occasion, as they witnessed their daughters being honoured for their dedication, perseverance, and consistent excellence.
