Dr. Jomon Jose M. is a seasoned educator and accomplished scholar with over 19 years of experience in the fields of Commerce and Business Management. He currently serves as Associate Professor at Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Thrissur, and is a recognized Research Guide. His academic journey is distinguished by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Management from Srinivas University, Karnataka, and a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu. He also holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including an M.Phil in Management, MBA in Human Resources, and a Master’s in International Business. His academic journey has been complemented by diverse leadership roles, including serving as Head of the Department and guest faculty at reputed institutions such as the University of Calicut and Agricultural University Tavanur. He has actively led CSR initiatives for Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, contributed to NBA accreditation processes, and organized numerous national and international seminars and conferences. As a panel judge, expert speaker, and event coordinator, Dr. Jomon continues to make significant contributions to academic excellence, research, and institutional development. His professional focus lies in integrating traditional teaching with modern pedagogical approaches, fostering academic excellence, and inspiring future leaders through research and innovation.
