Dr. Jacob George is professor of Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies. He has done his PhD in the area of strategic management at Anna University, Chennai. His PhD work was in the area of member satisfaction in Urban Cooperative Banks where he developed a scale to measure member satisfaction and he measured the level of satisfaction among Urban Cooperative Banks of Sothern Kerala. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engg. from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He had his masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management,Calcutta where he studied with scholarship in the year 1993. He has work experience as engineer in National Thermal Power Corporation and Quality Manager in Midas Group of Companies, based at Kottayam, totalling to fourteen years. He has experience in mentoring and giving Management Consultancy to young entrepreneurs.
