Mr. Naveen Paul serves as the Co-Founder & C.E.O. of the start-up Vocation Sketchers Edutech LLP that owns the brand “DrawMyCareer”. A startup recognized by StartUp India and was the finalists at the Start Up Karnataka – Elevate 2024, an initiative to fund start-ups.

Naveen earned his Masters in Business Administration from IIM Kozhikode by completing two-year Executive Post Graduate Program in management. He is a graduate in B,Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

He has a plethora of experiences spanning across multiple industries, domains and geographies. His expertise span across placement trainings and campus placements, business development, Sales, Marketing, New Market Acquisition, New Product Launches, Career Assessments, Career Counselling, Start Ups etc. He conducts public speaking and life skill workshops and has also associated in various Govt.
