Mrs. Deepthy K. Kumar is an accomplished Assistant Professor with over twelve years of teaching experience and a robust educational background, holding a B Tech in Polymer Engineering, an MBA with specializations in HR and Marketing, and currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Annamalai University. With a notable career that spans both academia and industry, she has served as a lecturer at the Regional Institute of Engineering in Trivandrum, and as an Assistant Professor at St. Antony’s College, Idukki. She also worked as a Quality Controller at Mardec R K Latex, Nilambur. Her research interests lie in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management.
