Dr. Anoop K Sebastian is an accomplished finance and management professional with over 12 years of cross-functional experience blending extensive banking leadership with management education. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and has earned advanced certifications in data and financial analytics from prestigious global and national institutions, including IIM Jammu and Trent University, Canada. Prior to joining SIMS, Dr. Anoop served as Associate Professor & Dean of Academics at the SNES Institute of Management Studies and Research (SNES – IMSAR). His corporate tenure includes over a decade of leadership roles at South Indian Bank and ESAF Small Finance Bank, where he managed comprehensive banking operations, credit monitoring, and regulatory compliance across multi-branch networks. Driven by an interactive, case-driven pedagogy, Dr. Anoop is committed to bridging complex corporate frameworks with practical,
industry-relevant applications to mentor the next generation of business leaders.
