Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Kodakara, in collaboration with Rotary Club of Trichur Central, successfully organized the Installation Ceremony of the Rotaract Club of SIMS, marking a significant step in promoting youth leadership, community service, and social responsibility among management students.

The event was held at the SIMS Auditorium with the presence of distinguished dignitaries from the Rotary movement and the academic community. The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Dr. G. N. Ramesh, District Governor 2025–26 of Rotary District 3205, who emphasized the importance of youth participation in community development and leadership initiatives.

The Guest of Honour, Rev. Dr. Jino Johny M, Executive Director of SIMS, highlighted how Rotaract activities help students develop leadership skills, social commitment, teamwork, and global networking opportunities.

The ceremony was attended by prominent Rotary leaders including Prof. Dr. M. P. Rajan, District Rotaract Zonal Chair – Trichur, Manoj Pushkaran, District Director RID 3205, and Reghu Ramachandran, District Rotaract Chair, along with other Rotary officials and faculty members.

The newly installed Rotaract Club of SIMS, led by Arif Nazal C, Rotaract Club President, aims to actively engage students in community service projects, leadership development programs, social initiatives, and professional networking activities.

This initiative further strengthens SIMS’ commitment to holistic education, leadership training, and social impact, preparing students to become responsible business leaders and active contributors to society.
