Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Kodakara, in collaboration with NIPM Kerala Chapter, successfully organized HR Conclave 2026 on 27th February 2026 (Friday).

The theme of the conclave, “Decoding Labour Codes: Impact on Business & Workforce,” focused on understanding the evolving labour regulations in India and their implications for organizations and employees.
