Dr. Chinju Chandran S. is an academic and researcher in commerce and management. She holds dual Master’s degrees, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology (School of Management Studies), with specialization in the industrial cooperative sector. She qualified UGC-NET  and has teaching experience at MES Asmabi College.

She has presented papers at national and international conferences organized by institutions such as Assam University, Guru Nanak College, and Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research. She has publications indexed in Web of Science and ABDC, including in the Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research and the Australian Journal of Business and Management Research.

Trained in Structural Equation Modelling and applied econometrics, she is proficient in SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS, and R. She is a member of the Indian Academy of Management and serves as a reviewer for academic journals.
