Dr. Chinju Chandran S. is a dedicated academic and researcher with a strong foundation in commerce and management. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Commerce and Management and an MPhil from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). She has recently submitted her Ph.D. thesis at the School of Management Studies, CUSAT, with a research specialization in the industrial cooperative sector. In 2017, she qualified for the UGC-NET, making her eligible for the post of Assistant Professor, and has gained valuable teaching experience at MES Asmabi College, Thrissur, Kerala.
She has presented papers at several prestigious national and international conferences, including those organized by Assam University, Guru Nanak College, and CSIBER Kolhapur. Her scholarly work is published in reputed journals indexed in Web of Science and ABDC, including the Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research (Springer) and the Australian Journal of Business and Management Research.
Dr. Chinju has enhanced her research skills through advanced training programs such as the Summer School in Applied Econometrics and FDPs and workshops on Structural Equation Modelling, SmartPLS, and academic publishing. She is proficient in a range of statistical and analytical tools, including SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, WarpPLS, and R.
Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to bridging theoretical research with practical application, particularly in the cooperative sector. A lifelong learner and enthusiastic contributor to scholarly dialogue, she is a member of the Indian Academy of Management and serves as a reviewer for academic journals, steadily building her presence in the academic community.
