Dr. Tony C. Mathew is an accomplished academician, researcher, and management consultant with over 13 years of experience in higher education, research, and industry collaboration. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University and has specialized expertise in finance, sustainability, research methodology, and data analytics.

Currently serving as Assistant Professor at Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies, Thrissur, Dr. Mathew is actively involved in teaching MBA students through experiential and research-driven pedagogies. Beyond classroom teaching, he plays a pivotal role in academic quality assurance, NBA and NAAC documentation, IQAC coordination, and institutional development initiatives. He also serves as Associate Editor of the Sahrdaya Journal of Entrepreneurship and Management Research and contributes to curriculum design and research publications.

Dr. Mathew has an impressive research profile with publications in SCOPUS-indexed journals, UGC-CARE journals, and ISBN-edited volumes, particularly in areas such as sustainable energy adoption, green banking, tourism behavior, and financial inclusion. He has received the Best Paper Award for his work on green banking awareness and continues to contribute to academic scholarship through conferences, book chapters, and peer review engagements.

In addition to academia, he has served as a management, investment, and market research consultant for organizations such as Vodafone Oman and TripHype Travel Management Company. He is also an invited resource person for national workshops and webinars on research methodology, sustainability, and financial analytics.
