Dr. Dhanya Alex has more than two decades of post-graduate teaching and research experience in management. She has attended the Teaching Summer School at IIM Calcutta and the FDP at IIM Indore. Dr. Dhanya Alex has received funds from UGC for a minor research project and has published several articles in Scopus-indexed journals and refereed national and international journals. She has three books to her credit. She has presented research papers at various national and international conferences including those organized by IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, and IIT Roorkee. She was a visiting
International Scholar at Western Michigan University, USA, and Nazareth College, New York, USA.
She is a trainer for various programmes NSE, BSE and SEBI offer in financial markets and investor education. Dr. Dhanya Alex is a Member of the Governing Council, Academic Council and Board of Studies of various autonomous colleges in Kerala. She serves as a Ph.D. guide of Karunya University and also external examiner for Anna University and Bharathiar University. She is a life member of the Indian Accounting Association (IAA), Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), and also a member of the Kerala Management Association (KMA).
