Dr. George is a results-driven professor with 20+ years of experience in teaching, research and training. He is a Post Graduate in Management as well as Tourism Management. He holds Ph.D. in Management from Patna University, Patna. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and is a Sifi Forum certified Supply Chain Management Professional. He has attended various programmes in management at IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur and EID Ahmedabad. He is a member of various academic and professional bodies and an empanelled Ph.D. Supervisor in Management at Christ University, Bangalore and Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has published various papers in the national and international journals. His teaching interests are in the areas of services marketing, sales and distribution management, general management, organisational behaviour etc.
Fr. Jino is presently a doctoral researcher in the domain of organizational behavior and human resource management in the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M). He works on how the contextual factors impact an individual’s internal moral capacities that provide motivation for ethical action. He holds a bachelor degree in both philosophy and theology. He graduated in Philosophy from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala in 2002 and in Theology from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium in 2006. He is an ordained catholic priest, incardinated in the diocese of Irinjalakuda, Kerala. Later, he completed Masters in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies (RCBS), Kerala in 2010. He holds UGC-NET qualification and an experience of more than five years in teaching. He has publications with highly reputed publishers.
Mr. Jins George completed his M.B.A with specializations in HR and Marketing from De Paul Institute of Science and Technology, M.S.W from Bharathiar University and is pursuing his PhD from MKU. He has more than 7 years of experience in teaching and industry. Jins has served many prestigious educational institutions as a trainer and is also an Entrepreneur who started Altro, a consulting organization catering to Indian Education sector. He has proven his expertise in research field with valuable publications in national and international journals. His area of interest is in research and teaching.

Mr. Cheeran Verghese is the Sr. Partner of M/s Cheeran Verghese & Co and is the former Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Advisor to All India Federation of Chit Fund and a Member of the Committee on Chits constituted by Government of Kerala. He has written several articles in professional journals on Direct Taxes and is the author of the book ‘Law of Chitties’. He is a member of various professional associations and is a visiting faculty member of various institutes and colleges. His teaching interests are in the areas of Taxation and Financial Management.
Ms. Sini is a gold medalist in BBM from University of Mysore and a Post Graduate in Management with specialisation in Finance from JSS University, Mysore. She has been an academician for more than five years and this experience has equipped her with the skills to understand the pulse of the students and to groom accordingly to face the corporate world. She has presented papers on Micro Finance and Online Luxury products. Her primary teaching interests are in the areas of accounting and finance.
Ms. Geetha Jose is currently working as Assistant Professor at SIMS. She completed her MBA from Karunya School of Management, Karunya University, Coimbatore. She has qualified UGC-NET in Management. She is a doctoral scholar at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi. She has presented papers in international and national level conferences. Her research articles have found their place in refereed journals of SAGE Publications and Taylor & Francis Group. Her research interests are in the areas of human resource practices and positive organizational behaviour. She is proficient in statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS and Warp-PLS.
Fr. Binoy Thomas graduated in Philosophy from Mahatma Gandhi University with first rank in 2003. He has done his MBA from Karunya University Coimbatore with specializations in Finance and Marketing in 2006. He has more than five years experience in teaching and training in the area of management. He is also a columnist and career counsellor.

Dr. Jose Mathew is currently Chairman and Managing Director of Global NRI-OCI Trust, Kochi. He was educated at NIT Calicut (B.Tech), IIT Madras (M.Tech.) and NITIE Mumbai (Ph.D.). He has undergone specialized training at IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Mumbai, CODI Canada, & York University, Canada. Dr. Mathew has more than ten years of teaching experience in Indian and foreign Universities. Prior to joining academics, he was Head of Training at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Mumbai, Vice President of Rolta India Ltd., Mumbai and a Consultant to various organizations in India. In 1995, he was sent to East Africa as a Corporate Manager for 14 companies in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. He immigrated to Canada in 2001 and worked there till 2013. He has also served as System Manager (Centre for e-Governance), Principal Investigator of KAU e-Governance Project and Nodal Officer of National e-Governance Project in Agriculture (NEGPA) of Government of India. His teaching interests are in the areas of Information Technology, MIS, Quantitative Techniques, Statistics, Management Science and Research Methodology. He has published various papers and articles.
